I bought 8 baby discus about 2 to 3 inch. They can’t get along with each other. What can I do for them to stop fighting?

This is normal as some kids are active and energetic.
It cannot keep still and like to bully.
Take him out in separate tank for sometime then return to the tank.
Or introduce more fish in the tank. He will get tired soon.

discus generally fight during feeding.to reduce the fight, bring down the temperature by 2-3 degree centigrade.this will reduce their body metabolism which will slightly reduce their hunger for food. Also consider the tank size.8 discus need a minimum of 60 gallon tank. Also instead of putting the food in 1 place spread it over.when buying discuss a lot of attention has to be paid to see if all the fishes are of same size and active level, since the 1 which is more active and aggressive will dominate the others.Always buy mor than 6 nos. as this will divide the aggression so that a single fish is not bullied always.as in case of discuss 1 dominator will emerge and he will peck the others.Pecking reduces as they grow but will remaain to some extent always. They maintain a social strata which depicts their dominance level.
