Ordering Guide

Ordering Online from our Discus Store web site is easy! Here is a simple write up to guide you:

Selecting your Discus Strains, Size and Quantity

STEP 1
Browse our Online Discus Store and choose the discus you want to buy. You can browse by discus strain category or click on any photos.

When you click into your selection, you will see the sizes and the price available for the discus you selected. To view a larger photo of the discus, click on the photo.
Price are shown according to size. You can see the price for each of the sizes available.

To Order

STEP 2: Select the size
STEP 3: Enter the quantity and click "Add to Cart"

If you need to order the same strain but different size, just repeat STEP 2 and STEP 3 with a different size selected.

After clicking "Add to Cart", you will see confirmation message that you have successfully updated your shopping cart (1) and total items added in your shopping cart (2). You can continue to browse other discus strains to continue your shopping and add to your cart by repeating STEP 1 to STEP 3. Repeat the process until you are satisfied with your order choices.

To view the list of items you ordered, make changes (add or reduce qty) or remove items in your shopping cart

STEP 4: In the menu bar, click on "Shopping Cart"

Remove Item

STEP 5: Select the item you wish to remove, Click on the icon  and the item will be removed from your Shopping Cart

Change Quantity

STEP 6: Identify the item that you wish to change the quantity, click on the quantity box and enter the amount
STEP 7: Click on the update icon  and your Shopping Cart will be updated with the new quantity

Continue Shopping

STEP 8: After making your changes, you can go back to browsing items by clicking on "Continue Shopping"

Checkout and Confirm Order

Once you have finished shopping, you can now finalize your order and proceed to our checkout, where you will be asked to fill out your delivery details and method of payment.

Checkout

STEP 9: In the menu bar, click on "Checkout"

After clicking "Checkout", you can now choose to register an account or proceed to checkout as a guest. If you register an account, you do not have to fill in your details again the next time you place your order.

Registration is FREE and we recommend you to register with us.

STEP 10: Select "Register Account", STEP 12: Click "Continue" and goto STEP 14

If you have already registered, you do not have to enter your contact and shipping information again, just log in using your e-mail and password (STEP 11: Enter your e-mail and password and STEP 13: Click "Login")

STEP 14: Enter your name, e-mail, contact number and set your password for this account (do remember your password as you need it to log in)

STEP 15: Enter your address, we will use the information for delivery, please ensure information is correct

STEP 16: After entering your name, e-mail, contact number, password and address, Click "Continue"

STEP 17: Click "Continue" to have billing address same as existing address

STEP 18: Click "Continue" to have delivery address same as existing address

STEP 19: Click "Continue"

STEP 20: Select your payment method, either by bank transfer or Paypal / Credit Card. You can find information about both the payment methods at http://www.clcdiscus.com/discus-shop/payment-method

STEP 21: If you have comments or request on your order, enter it here

STEP 22: Click "Continue"

STEP 23: Review your order and click "Confirm Order"

Congratulations! You have successfully completed your discus fish order!! A confirmation email with a unique Order ID will be sent to your email address. Once we have received your payment, we will then start preparing your order for shipment.

Discus Size: How we measure ...

We use "Standard Length" method to size our discus. The size is measured from the tip of the mouth to the start of the tail as shown in the image below (click to enlarge).
