Feeding live worms!

Written by allan on . Posted in Food and Nutrition

I observed that the fish are eating live worms more enthusiastically than any other food and they are growing fast on this food!..none of my fish is showing any signs of disease and they all eat voraciously!..can I continue feeding live worms as their main diet?..I wash the worms thoroughly with warm water before feeding!…thanks in advance.

Yes live food is good to discus fish. Worm is their natural food. As long as you can keep the worms clean. Keep the water temperature remain 30 degree C. You can avoid the bacteria and parasite to be introduced to the tank.
