No, or may be I haven’t seen one. This is not (1 + 1 = 2). There is no fixed theory that this x this fish and will become that fish which you know what exactly it will be.
Different fish has different history line and genetic. May be with the same pair of fish, first attempt you get this and second attempt you get more or less the same.
You apply “trial and error” method to create what you want. With many attempts you have tried, you gain more experience you can adjust and expect what it will be. If it comes not in your expectation, think how to correct it. There is no short cut.
If you dream of one strain target, then go ahead and try your luck. And work hard on it. Who knows you may succeed. You will get the reward from you hard work and time you have put in. Good luck
