We had a power failure, and the fish has now whitespots all over and there skin has become black and they have like a glare in there eyes many thanks can you please advice on what to do?

The best treatment is :
Methylene solution and salt. Raise water temperature to 30 degree C. No feeding during medication. Change 25% of water and replace 25% of dosage of treatment. More info on white spot treatment
